Darwaza City 1 was the first project of our company, which included 300 villas of varying types — 200, 220, 400, 500 and 700 m² — built over an area exceeding 172,000 m², located in Awbara (Parezga) street.
The delivery of a successful model in housing with the highest standards of finishing and construction was well recognised by the customers' satisfaction and appreciation. This added great value to the project units despite the devastating decline of real-estate value in Kurdistan.
The community is complete and fully inhabited, and the company office still sits inside it at Villa A5.
