About Darwaza Group

Darwaza Company has been involved in real estate investment and general trading since 02/07/2007. Our first project, Darwaza City 1, included 300 villas of varying types built over more than 172,000 m² in Awbara (Parezga) street. It is fully inhabited today.

The delivery of a successful model in housing with the highest standards of finishing and construction was well recognised by our customers' satisfaction and appreciation, which added great value to the units despite the decline of real estate value in Kurdistan.

Darwaza City 2 followed with 21 apartment buildings of 13 floors over 132,000 m², directly across from Darwaza City 1. Darwaza City 3 expanded it over a further 7,000 m² with 8 buildings of 20 floors and 2 of 13 floors.

Brands and More is our main project today: European clothing for the whole family, imported directly from Europe, with retail stores for families and wholesale supply for businesses across Sulaymaniyah, Erbil and Duhok.
